Progressive human resources work – for our people!
BestPersAwards 2003, 2004 and 2006
The BestPersAward goes to small and medium-sized companies that perceive human resources work as a
motivational opportunity and have found fitting individual solutions for their companies.
With its win in the Strategy and Vision category and two second places in the Sustainability and
Human Resources Deployment categories, the DDS achieved second place in the overall rankings for 2006.
The jury appreciated our target of rendering human resources work which focuses on the company and
employees. The human resources strategy created in-house and the DDS shift planning had some influence
on the positive rating for the DDS. The particular strength: the shift planning is based on the personal
circumstances of employees, which are the basis for the flexible working hours.
Since the initial invitation to participate in the BestPersAward in 2003, the Dresdner Direktservice
has always been involved and has already taken top honours four times. In 2003 and 2004, we won the
Computerization category. In this category, the jury weighed the innovation and merit of technologies used
for communication between human resources departments and employees.
In 2004, we also took second place in the Sustainability category. Here, companies are honoured whose
human resources tools can be used to respond flexibly to future trends and changes in the market.
