We are DDS Dresdner Direktservice GmbH (DDS).
DDS was founded in January 1998, originally as the Dresdner Bank's in-house call centre.
Since 1 July 2001, we have provided services as an independent subsidiary of Dresdner Bank AG.
As a member of the Dresdner Bank Group, our services are concentrated primarily on Dresdner Bank and its subsidiaries.
We also provide services to other business units of the Allianz Group.
DDS has two locations in the heart of the Ruhr region. Our headquarters are in Duisburg, and we have another branch in Dortmund.
We are a multimedia communication centre, there for you and your customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We provide advisory and support for financial and insurance products, assistance with technical questions, direct sales contacts,
and consulting services for establishing and optimizing your own communication centre.
We help you to effectively retain current customers and acquire new ones.
