Junior manager development

To best serve our customers and clients, we know how important it is that our experts and
managers are prepared to meet their new responsibilities.
Our junior manager development program begins with an assessment test at a management skills centre.
Only those candidates with the necessary personal qualities and methodological and theoretical skills are admitted to the nine-month program.
Participants in our junior manager development program take intensive courses in method and law, with the twin goals
of facilitating a smooth transition to day-to-day operative management and establishing
a basis for efficient communication in project and management tasks.
To complete the program, each participant writes a critical paper dealing in depth with an aspect of
DDS corporate strategy. In this way, we encourage our junior managers to participate actively in shaping and
advancing DDS as a company right from the start.
The junior manager class of 2005-2006 is currently at work on a large-scale project
entitled "Quality and Quality Strategy at DDS."
