As an authorised provider of professional training, we offer young people the possibility to launch their careers at DDS.
The technical side of our Communication Centre contributes significantly to the quality of the services we perform for you.
Therefore, system integration and the development of the relevant IT specialists have traditionally formed the core of our training offer.
Furthermore, over the last years, we have continuously urged that typical communication centre jobs be
acknowledged with more than industry certification and accepted as officially recognised qualified professions.
A multi-company initiative in Duisburg brought success, paving the way for two new officially recognized qualified professions.
Under the auspices of the initiative "Ausbildung lohnt sich – Gemeinsam für Duisburg" as endorsed by Mayor Adolf Sauerland,
DDS and other call centres presented the new qualified professions in Duisburg in December 2005. In 2006 alone,
call centres in Duisburg created 76 corresponding trainee positions.
As of August 2006, DDS will offer on-the-job training for these two new officially recognised
qualified professions, "Dialogue Marketing Service" and "Commercial Dialogue Marketing."
